Terms of Service

All digital images are provided under license by the photographer [RichardWillett.uk] to the named customer at store checkout or when downloading images for either "Personal Use" or "Commercial Use".

Ownership and copyright of the images remains with the photographer.

The licence is personal, irrevocable, non-transferable and non-sub-licensable. The licence specifically allows the licensee to use images on a website, on social media channels, in other digital format or in print form and to share extensively through such channels, subject to the licensee acknowledging the Photographer’s rights and ownership of the images when shared digitally.   Where Images are provided with the Photographer’s watermark, no additional written acknowledgement will be required.

The Photographer reserves the right to make reproductions of images created during assignments for marketing, promotional, competition and editorial purposes.

The Photographer reserves the right to display any photograph covered by this license and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites and other such material, providing that the images used are lawfully and without damage to the Client.

Personal Use License

Images are permitted to be used by you for social media and/or as personal printed copies.

They are not permitted to be used for generation of profit or commercial gain

They are not permitted to be resold or misrepresented as your own work.

Ownership and copyright of the images remains with the photographer.

 

Commercial Use License

Images are provided under licence from the photographer and may be used under the following terms:

Licensee: Named Client, their parent company, and brand represented

License Period: Unlimited

Territory: United Kingdom

Medium for use: Print and/or Digital

Ownership and Copyright of the original images remain with the photographer.

Any future sub-licensing terms are to be discussed with the Photographer.
